When the Kia Picanto is reversing, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist monitors for vehicles approaching from the left or right behind the vehicle. If it detects a possible collision, it can issue a message and audible warning. The system may also assist with braking to help avoid a collision.
