Two Leg Puller

Removal

  1. Open the wiper pivot arm nut cover.
  1. Remove the wiper pivot arm nut.
  1. Remove the wiper pivot arm.
    Use the General Equipment: Two Leg Puller

Installation


  1. Verify the windshield wiper motor is in the PARK position.
    1. Turn the ignition ON.
    1. Operate the switch ON then OFF to cycle the rear windshield wiper motor.
    1. Turn the ignition OFF.

  1. Install the wiper pivot arm.
    1. Align the wiper blade on the 2nd defroster grid line.
    1. Install the wiper pivot arm nut.
      Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
  1. Close the wiper pivot arm nut cover.
