Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the rear bumper cover.
    Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).
  1. Disconnect the hands-free liftgate actuation lower sensor electrical connector.
  1. Release the tabs and remove the hands-free liftgate actuation lower sensor.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
