Remove the fuel filler door assembly.
Refer to: Fuel Filler Door Assembly (501-03 Body Closures, Removal and Installation).

Remove the fuel filler door latch.

Release the fuel filler door latch retaining tabs.

Remove the fuel filler door latch.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Remove the front door trim panel.

Release the clips and position the floor console rear trim panel out.

Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the floor console rear trim panel...

When these locks are set, you cannot open the rear doors from the inside.

A child safety lock is on the rear edge of each rear door. You must set the child
safety lock separately on each door.
