With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

Remove the bolts and the push pin.
Torque:
22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)

Remove the bolts and the engine front undershield.
Torque:
22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)

NOTE:
Perform the adaptive learning drive cycle on a level road surface.
Using the scan tool, clear the DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) and Transmission Adaptive Tables.
Drive the vehicle until the engine and transmission reach normal operating temperature...
If required, have an authorized dealer check and change the transmission fluid
at the correct service interval. See Scheduled Maintenance.
The automatic transmission does not have a transmission fluid dipstick.
