Remove the rear seats.
Refer to: Second Row Seat - Police (501-10B Second Row Seats, Removal and Installation).

Remove the rear door opening scuff plates.

Remove the loadspace floor trim.
Rear Reinforcement
-
Remove the bolts and the reinforcement.
Seat Reinforcement
-
Remove the bolts and the reinforcement.
Seat Reinforcement Bracket
-
On Both Sides:
Remove the nuts and the bracket.
Installation
Seat Reinforcement Bracket
-
On Both Sides:
Install the bracket and the nuts.
Torque:
35 lb.ft (47 Nm)
Seat Reinforcement
-
Install the seat reinforcement and the bolts.
Torque:
1:
46 lb.ft (62 Nm)
2:
35 lb.ft (47 Nm)
Rear Reinforcement
-
Install the reinforcement and bolts.
Torque:
46 lb.ft (62 Nm)
All vehicles
-
Install the loadspace floor trim.

Install the rear seats.
