Removal

NOTICE: Activate the parking brake.

NOTE: Make sure the vehicle powertrain is powered off.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the screw cap cover.
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    • Remove the bolt.
      Torque: 115 lb.in (13 Nm)
    • Pedal slides forward out of bracket.

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
