Removal
NOTE:

NOTE:
LH side shown, RH similar.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).

Disconnect the parking brake actuator motor electrical connector.

NOTE:
If there is evidence of brake fluid found in or
around the parking brake actuator motor a new brake caliper and actuator
motor assembly must be installed.
Remove the 2 bolts and the parking brake actuator motor. Discard the bolts.
Torque:
97 lb.in (11 Nm)

Remove and discard the O-ring.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Install and lubricate the O-ring with specified material.

Remove the front bumper cover.
