Removal

Open the rear tail gate.

Release the clips and remove the upper liftgate trim panel.
Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
-
Disconnect the washer hoses and electrical connector.
-
Remove the spoiler to liftgate fasteners.
Torque:
53 lb.in (6 Nm)
-
Disengage the retainer clips.
-
Remove the spoiler assembly.
Vehicle with police package
-
Remove the spoiler assembly.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Using a non-marring trim tool disengage the W-clip fastener..

Remove the hood latch.
Refer to: Hood Latch (501-14 Handles, Locks, Latches and Entry Systems, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the hood latch release cable from the hood latch...
