Ford Explorer: Brakes
Principle of Operation
This system is a proactive system. It has the ability to anticipate wheel slip
and transfer torque to the rear wheels before slip occurs...
Note: Occasional brake noise is normal. If a metal-to-metal, continuous
grinding or continuous squeal sound is present, the brake linings may be worn-out
and an authorized dealer should check them..
